Sushi Yonjugo, an intimate 9-seater omakase restaurant, serves the Edomae-style sushi.
Saikeirei (最敬礼), a 45-degree bow, shows the restaurant's utmost respect to customers, Japanese culture and the finest ingredients. The restaurant's name, Yonjugo, represents the humblest gesture in Japanese culture.
The chef sources fresh ingredients from Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa and Kagoshima every day. My favourite was the 青森大間 toro!
